Analysts isolating a precise subset of spreadsheet records before export.
Free to use. Your inputs are processed in this browser and are not included in usage analytics.
How to use csv row filter
- Paste CSV and enter the exact column header to test.
- Choose a text, empty-cell, or numeric comparison and enter its value.
- Export matching records; the header and original row order are retained.
What to know about the result
- Quoted separators, doubled quotes, and quoted line breaks are parsed correctly. Inputs are limited to 10,000 rows and 50,000 cells.
- Exported formula-like cells receive one apostrophe prefix for spreadsheet safety. Reimports preserve that prefix; remove it only when you trust the original value.
- Text comparisons are case-sensitive and preserve whitespace. Empty means a zero-length cell, rather than a whitespace-only cell.
- Numeric comparisons reject nonnumeric cells and unsafe integers to avoid silently misleading matches.
