Free to use. Your inputs are processed in this browser and are not included in usage analytics.

Example: ["name","email"]

How to use csv column selector

  1. Paste CSV including unique column headers.
  2. List the exact column names in the desired order as a JSON array.
  3. Export the selected columns with spreadsheet-safe cells.

What to know about the result

  • Quoted separators, doubled quotes, and quoted line breaks are parsed correctly. Inputs are limited to 10,000 rows and 50,000 cells.
  • Exported formula-like cells receive one apostrophe prefix for spreadsheet safety. Reimports preserve that prefix; remove it only when you trust the original value.
  • Header names match exactly, including case and punctuation. JSON arrays allow column names containing commas.
  • Missing column names, repeated selections, and inconsistent row widths are rejected.
